Debit order dispute hassle fnb extremely unhelpful

I am beyond upset with fnb I called in to dispute and reverse a Debit order on my account ending in 2938 that did go off on the 2 Apr 2024 for a amount of R1,070.45 because i realized AFRIHOST took to much out my account the agent who helped me played the t&cs and I accepted it and she then said the funds are back in my account then I notced its not and I get a email saying please allow 40 days for processing this was not told too me on call and unacceptable I requested the dispute in May it's now June and the money has not been put back in my account as yet and I haven't gotten any feedback form fnb this is disappointing and makes me not trust this bank with my money
