Debit order dispute FEES - App not working.
In the past we were able to log a debit order dispute for FREE through the FNB Banking App. So today i had to call FNB Debit Order to do this for me and they charged me R40 for a tranaction i could do myself. According to the agent they have been working on this part of the app for the last year...really how long does it take. Seems to me this is just a way for FNB to rob its clients for more money because this is something we can do for free on the app..if it was working. So i had to also pay R25 extra for this transaction..total R65. What BS is this. Fix the app and refund my R40 pls.
