Debit order dispute

My experience with FNB has been a bumpy road but I regaining trust in my bank. I’m looking to log a dispute but having trouble to log one. I would like to dispute a debit order of a charge on my card that I already paid for.looking for assistance.

I’m looking also to get a loan offer.
