DEBIT ORDER DISPUTE DISASTER

I reversed 5 debit orders on the 15th of July that was to be refunded, i also stopped them. Till this day, they have not been reversed and no updates are posted on the FNB app or online, customer service is useless and cannot even escalate these orders to be reversed. One was reversed as no valid debit mandate was received and the rest is for the same company so surely as one did not have a mandate, the rest would not have one either, but nothing is happening. The debit also keeps going off my acc each month even and i stopped it. This is unacceptable FNB, i need those debits order reversed!!
