Debit order dispute!!
I have been holding on for 70minutes trying to get through to this department. There is no online assistance. No assistance when i call the call centre! Just ridiculous!!!

26 May 2020, 13:28I was contacted by a Tevin Petersen whi advised his process is to put me back into the call centre queue, due to high call volumes I would have to wait again. Is this the assistance????
