Debit order dispute
can you us please reverse my money, i cannot understand why i have to apply through money assist to get my money back, i disputed the one transaction successfully through the app but i cannot reverse the latest one and its the same company , i cannot pay for the same service twice, i want this transaction(R975.39 07 Sep 2021) reversed immediately and i don't want to hear stories from you, I pay you ridiculous bank fees already, this is my money
