Debit order dispute and stop paymemta

I am very dissapointed at FNB that think they have a right to hold my money and refuse me a debit order and refuse to stop a debit order and refers me to the service providers who has advised me to reverse the debit order. I requested my Education policy to be suspended due to INCREASES NOT BEING PAID due to Covid 19 challenges AND AM told FNB can't and they can't even stop the debit order. EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL ISSUES. Why should my children not have food while locked up at home when I have made arrangements for their education policy to be paid in the future.. Unhappy
