Debit order dispute

It's a total nightmare to get debit orders reversed or disputed. They don't do it at the branch because of Covid, they can't do it on the app also because they only reverse R500 or less and when you call the number the branch gives you to call, they also can't help you because the service is not available. Fnb digital recalls take 10days to respond to your request, even though you might need that money sooner rather than later. Now tell me FNB who can reverse my debit orders?
