Debit order dispute

I made a request for a debit order dispute since July/Aug 2020 to date no one is getting back to me. I have been to two branches so far and no one is able to assist.

I had an account with Jet Stores which was handed over to Anthony Richards and Associates and was given a discount and settlement of R1384.10 which was debited on the 25 June 2020. Another debit order went of for R745.29 on the 24 July 2020 from the same company.

I contacted ARA and was advised to reverse the debit order with my bank as the account has been settled and the only way to get a paid up letter is for me to reverse the debit order. I have tried reversing the debit order with my online banking and app but no one is getting back to me.

I would really appreciate it if someone would assist me with this.
