Debit order dispute!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to know why I cannot dispute my debit order!!! All of a sudden now in lock down you cannot use this function. Like ***! This is my money and I want to dispute my debit order. It doesn't make sense to me. Why are you controlling what I do with my money??? I called and no help, I used the chat function on the app and still no help. This is the worst experience ever!! I'm definitely changing my bank.
