Debit Order Dispute

So I received an email on the 15/01/2023 regarding a consultant trying to call me regarding my complaint and was not able to get through to the number I was asked for an alternative so that he/she can contact me I sent an alternative number and available times to contact no response I sent multiple emails still up until today I have had no response the person who is dealing with my query is Hulisani Madzivhandila my complaint reference is ***NF I feel that it is very unprofessional not responding to emails if it is something you are dealing with I am very unhappy with the service I have been receiving it has been such an inconvenience just having to get my money back that was deducted from my account I just don't see why I have to wait this long for money I have worked hard for an expecting my bank to reverse the money as I am not aware of these debits. Highly disappointed the the service I have been receiving.
