Debit Order Dispute

Why did FNB decide to make our lives so difficult to reverse debit orders? Why don’t they just allow us to do it ourselves like those debit orders less than R200. This is honestly so frustrating, I don’t have a month to wait for FNB to attend to my debit order disputes.
