Debit order dispute

My car insurance ran a debit order before the agreed upon date. I went to the bank to try and reverse the debit order but I couldn’t get assistance. My app only allows me to reverse up to R200. Either than that I should lodge a dispute which I don’t know how long it will take. No body in the branch could assist me. My private banker is on leave
