debit order despute`

A debit order went off today 22.05.2020 and it I have this debit order for the 25th of each month. This is my last money before payday. I phoned fnb and they said I must go to the app and talk to a banker. tiholo told me they that they not allowed to reverse in this time of need and was not even helpful. To much fraught. This is a bank that wont help you in your time of need. Don't know what im going to do for this weekend and Monday that same people will deduct again because my debit date is Monday. Bad bad bad
