Debit order despite

This is the worst bank ever. I have been waiting since 26 July 2021 for a debit order reversal to be done. In which FNB says it will only be done 40 days from the time of reversal. It is 11 October 2021 and more than 40 days past. I spoke to a manager as well. I spoke to Mandy from the reversals department and Maxine. Still nothing. I am disgusted and on top of it all, I am a Premium Client with means I pay more monthly fees to FNB.

I asked then to reverse a R599.00 taken by Supersonic. Still awaiting.
