Debit order desk FNB bad service

Fnb debit order desk is the worst been struggle since last week to get through to them on the fnb app they keep me holding for hours then they disconnect me without any reason i did but in a complain and the complain depart is just so useless still waiting on responds from they. If no feedback is received by the end of this week am change my bank.
