Debit Order Deduction on the Wrong Day

Not very happy with the treatment that I just got from my bank and they are not even willing to assist me. I am a consultant and I work all over the provinces of South Africa. The painful part about my job is that I have to fund my travel allowance and claim from my employer. I recently requested an advance of R1k and it was deposited into my account. I have an agreement on my contract that all my debit orders must be done every 1st of the month but this didn't happen. After the funds were transferred an amount of R399 debit order has been taken before the agreement. I am very Angry and disgusted with this kind of service. I have to travel now but I don't have enough funds due to this whole ordeal. I visited the Branch and the consultant who was assisting me refused to reverse the funds. I need this sorted urgently. It's ridiculous that I have to go through this all because of the incompetence and not following the agreement we had. I need this payment reversed back into my account immediately. And I mean Immediately.

Reviewer Update
The current developments and response to FNB" To whom it may concern. On the 22nd of Jan 2019, I lodged a complaint with FNB through my branch on the following matter: 1. On the 22nd of Jan 2019, FNB Connect deducted my account earlier than the date we agreed upon and consequently, the Bank declined to rectify the mistake, citing the mistake as "unfortunate", as a client, I felt violated and dispensable. 2. The matter was elevated further, having acknowledged the ignorance of the institution, see e-mail below. 3. The response from FNB was prompt (so I imagined), an agent by the name "Khulani" from FNB complaints department made contact and made a fool of herself. 4. At 14.47pm the FNB representative called me using the number ********** , and I told her that I was in a meeting, therefore, I requested that she calls back after 15 minutes. 5. At 15.38pm, she called back using the number ********** , introduced herself as Khulani, I could not capture her surname because she immediately hang up the phone. 6. I tried to return the call, but all the numbers captured above could not go through. Psychological Torture: 7. She immediately sent me an sms informing me that, "I am sorry that we were unable to get hold of you regarding your complaint, not to worry I will reattempt to contact you later today". Yet, in reality, I was online listening to her. I tried to return the call and could not go through. 8. At 16.59, She "buzzed me" (should not be confused with calling) and hang up and immediately sent me an sms again that reads, "I am sorry that we were unable to get hold of you regarding your complaint, not to worry I will reattempt to contact you later tomorrow" - what kind of a sick game is this? 9. I called FNB connect, to reconnect me with the complaint deaprtment and I was given the e-mail address ********** 10. I need my complaint addressed accordingly, until then, I will keep on "publishing".
