DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTION ON SETTLED LOAN ACCOUNT
I SETTLED MY LOAN ACCOUNT YET YOU DEDUCTED THE NORMAL INSTALMENT ON THE 26/08/2017. THIS IS AN INCOVENIENCE AS I HAVE SETTLED THE LOAN. PLEASE REFUND MY ACCOUNT!!

28 Aug 2017, 15:59I called that number and was on hold for 20 minutes with no response. To save my money on airtime I'll try the email address I hope it will be useful and not useless like the call centre number.
