Debit order deduction

Good day i have made a claim at fnb for my account due to the fact that i have been retrenched, and claim went well but not they dint cancel the debit order on my personal account there has been a deduction on my account today so i took a time to call them i took 32min on the phone on line but not getting help i have waited i have tried again but still can't get through please if the can refund me and cancel the debit order on my account.
