DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTED BEFORE AGREED DATE WITHOUT WARNING

Today I received a message from FNB telling me they deducting my loan payment BEFORE the date it's meant to be deducted. No warning ahead of time. I call in, the manager tells me it will be sorted within the hour, and that it was not meant to run off my account in the first place.

Within the hour they reverse the deduction and at the same time deduct the same amount AGAIN!

IM AM APPALLED! What are they doing.
