Debit order date still not changed
I arranged that my debit order date for a personal loan be moved to the 25th of a month and was assured this was done. Now it is the 27th and no sign of the debit order coming off. This was a fight and caused me to go into arrears, which has never happened, and I am VERY frustrated as in the initial personal loan app insisted the 25th and the system changed it to the last day of the month!!
What is going at FNB!!
