Debit order date changing. Why does it require a payslip? Am I not trusted to provide you with the exact date or you find my as an idiot

Your champions on the App require me to send an email (payslip attached) to change my debit order date, I am refusing to do that basically it only means I do not know when I am getting paid! Just change the debit date to the last day of the month
