Debit order date changed without my consent

I received an sms indicating that my debit order date would be changed. I ignored it. I received a second sms indicating that my debit order date had been changed to the 20th. I call the call centre they indicated that they had changed it back to the 25th. I have a reference number for this. I received an sms from fnb indicating my min payment +/- R750. I paid R1000 to my account. On the 20th Fnb tried to take money from my account. Transaction declined insufficient funds. I called the call centre again advised what had happened they logged a query with the care department. I have a referrence number for this. Thet told me they will call me in 24 hours. No one did. I received a call from collections indicating my account is in arrears. I explained what haopened agent couldn't really help. About an hour after i spoke to collections even after i explained what had happened they forced debited my account. I'm really not impressed with all these service delivery failiures from multiple departments with in Fnb. I'd like my complaint be escalated to management. I'd like to receive a call from a manager. My next cause of action is the ombudsman but i need to first award management the oppertunity to resolve this.
