Debit Order Date Changed With No Warning!
My personal loan payment was only due for the end of the month yet it went off today, mid-month, and I haven't even been paid yet. I was given no warning at all, thankfully it didn't bounce but this really makes the rest of the month difficult financially!! Why are customers not being advised when dates change? We set up dates according to our paydays for a reason!
