Debit order date change

The horrible experience I am going through with the bank, for just simple request to change a debit order date from last day of the month to 26th of every month seems like applying for citizenship, I was actually sold lies as they chose the date for me and when I dispute I was told I was going to be able to change it since October 2022 till date nothing is happening, all documents sent, to top it all the latest reply was my home loan was subsidized and they cant cant change date, that time I am not subsidized at all Excuses excuse, home my process of moving to SA home loan be successful, I AM ENOUGH.
