I complained early in November about an Unauthorized debit order, Only 6 weeks later the same thing happens, as if that is not enough I wait on the phone for over 20 Minutes while your Pathetic music is playing and finishing my airtime, The deduction date given to you is the 25th, not whenever you see funds in my account, Your Bank is really Pathetic, disgusting and an inconvenience to my life really, Capitec is more than willing to take me on Board, I will have a stress free life after breaking this thing you call a Gold card...…
