Debit order date

I am so angry with the FNB bank in a way that I am so ****ed off about their service. I am trying to settle my debts to improve my score. I asked the lady at the bank if I qualify for a loan. She checked and said the only way is for me to take the loan. I don't have a problem with that. The problem is I was never asked when do I want the debit order to go off. I expected the debit order to go off today the 15th.

I called the call centre and they told me it will go off on the the the 25th. What kind of service is this. I have always wanted to change this bank.
