Debit order

FNB - why is it always such a mission to get hold of someone who can assist with an enquiry? I hold on for more than 30 minutes and still no assistance - did not even get a reference number!!!!!!

There was an amount of R 477 debited from my cheque account, and no one can tell me what its for?

If someone can please call me to sort this asap, or to get clarification on why there was an amount debited?
