DEBIT ORDER CHARGES ********** AND RIDICULOUS

Im very irritated and Im at my last point with FNB. First I've had a ********** charge of 200 charged on my account claiming for no items paid which Ive never been charged that amount before. In this day in age we are also experiencing financial issues and the amount FNB charges on a small debit order is ridiculous. 105 for a debit order less than 300. FNB is crippling its clients and I would like money back and account closed.
