Debit Order charges

One thing about secure chats they know how to annoy me. Last month I had 2 debit orders I didn't authorize. And the girl that was assisting me was not even paying attention. She was answering questions I didn't ask. To make matters worse she disputed an incorrect debit order and I got charged for it. She blamed the system for her mistake, I'm not gonna accept that. She said a reversal for my charges would be made. I got shocked when I was told that my request for the charges to be reversed was rejected. Why should that be my problem? I also got an email from another agent from debit order explaining nothing but nonsense and not taking into account the charges for a mistake that was done by her colleague. I want my refund for those charges for the debit order she reversed cause she was not paying attention.
