Debit order cancellation Nightmare

Its a nightmare to get a debit order stopped. The online chat agents just never respond. I really think FNB needs to relook at the fact that consultants inside the bank now refuse to assist clients as they tell you to use your app. Unfortunately the app does not work for all queries. I need a consultant to call me back so that I can sort out my debit orders which I no longer require to go off my accounts as I have settled all my accounts.
