Debit order bank not changed

U have asked fnb to change my debit orders for my loans to standard bank. They haven't done it still. I have sent all the required documents to Thembelani Khani two months ago. She said she was gonna do it, today I see they tried to debit from my fnb instead of standard. I have sent her numerous emails asking her to change it, she just ignores my emails now. I'm so flippen angry right now. That was one of the reasons I left them for standard bank. Poor poor poor service.
