Debit Order
I don't understand why its will take a bank days to authorize a debit order when its your money in the first place that was debited?? I have been switching banks like its nobody's business (They are all the same across the spectrum). I have tried ABSA, Nedbank, STB Bank its the same and really annoying. FNB was my last resort and I am disappointed at the to say the very least. I have done my debit order reversal since 2019 and 2020 and 2021 still they are not dispute resolution. i have send so many email to my private bank by i am not getting help. i thought FNB say it take 40days to solve the debit order but mine its taking more than year

17 Jul 2021, 09:55Even after more than 40 days FNB still more time to investigate. I'm disappointed. Below is the email from private banker I have sent a request through to our service suite to investigate and revert to you. Turnaround time 3-5 working days.
