DEBIT ORDER APPARENTLY CANNOT BE DISPUTED

Good day, Please see below my proof with cancellation with mweb. There is a ***** case in progress with fnb. and money were deposited to my account on Friday, now all my money has been taken due to account being overdrawn. I made contact ith FNB branch, debit order dispute as well as premier desk to reverse the debit order from mweb on 1 October/November for R3 914.17. I really need URGENT assistance with having this reversed as I already did not have funds in my account and yet FNB has approved this debit order. now my account is still in a minus and I can use no money. I have cancelled with MWEB and gave then NO AUTHORITY to deduct any debit orders. I am being charged fees as well for unpaid items yet I did not give permission for this. I am lodging a complaint as well because FNB have not been assisting me to the level they promise and I just need to be the one paying and pulling on the shortest end. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I HEAR THAT MWEB HAS BLOCKED MY OWN BANK WHERE I AM A CLIENT AT, TO REVERSE A DEBIT ORDER. THIS IS SERIOUSLY RIDICULOUS!!! Anastasia Venter***
