Iam still waiting for someone to call me or resolve my complaint with fnb. It's now over a week this issue is outstanding, I have never seen a bank so *********** like fnb. Maybe I should get the ceo email address and send my complaint to that person to handle it personally 🤔

I am not surprised because customer service is not one of your priorities.
Can someone pick up the phone and do the right thing or provide me with the Ombudsman details as I am tired of your useless institution.
