Debit order
What a horrible service from FNB, so i keep on getting debit orders for R109 and when i call FNB they say it is access bank, when i call access bank they gqve me the name of the company, i called the company they say they know nothing about the debit order amd that it is ***** from FNB

27 Sept 2024, 12:54Thabiso Makosa from FNB transfered me to ***** department and i Spoke to Boitumelo who said my questions can be answred by Thabiso and she transferred me back to him, wow guys i cannot believe i sat on the phone for more than 20 min just to dispute a debit order of less than R500, on to that tou are charging me R128 to stop the debit, al in all FNB wins cos it clear that i am not going to get the my noney back
