Debit Order

Useless service from FNB, They are failing to answer their phones, if you are not talking to robots then you are talking to people who always can't help you transferring calls back and forth I spent more than 2 hours away from work and airtime worth 200 just to reverse an already paid debit order and I never got through to the right people.
