Debit order
I have been trying to resolve 2 debit order disputes since last year September but I'm sent from pillar to post. I have never received such disgusting service from a bank ever. It's 2022 now but still my matter is not resolved.

Now I am really frustrated because its been more than 48 hours and no consultant has called me. I tried calling myself this morning to inquire what is really going on but I am transferred from one department to the next. The service I am received is really appalling to say the least, if no one is willing to assist me why not just tell me.
