Debit Order
Good day
I have just had a company deduct the same debit order twice and i've been trying to reverse it on the FNB app. However, It doesn't allow me to and the consultants says I have to do it via money assist. We all know this is going to take forever to process and In the meanwhile I'm out f pocket. How can the bank I bank with not have this facility easily available? Why such an inconvenience to the clients? Would you kindly assist with a faster solution?
