Debit order

Not so happy with fnb my debit is for the last day but the debit went on the 24th my account is in a minus cause there no money and u charge that stupid R115. So please tell me why was my account debited so early. I was debited again for R150 X2 so that's again R115 X 2 bounced debit amount Send a email on the 2nd December still no reply
