Debit order

I have been sending countless emails and phoning fnb to assist with *****ulent debit orders in my account. This has not been stopped despite their promise to say they have reinstated a stop payment. The debit orders still go through. I am struggling to get this sorted since August 2025. May someone please sort the issue out.
