debit order

i requested a debit order to be stopped and reversed for over three months .its now done again and when i call to request that they stop and reverse i get a confirmation from one of the agents saying the dr order is protected it cannot be stopped and reversed ,how does one get protection form my account how do i not get access to my own money in my acc .this is not good service at all
