Debit Order

When old people refuse to save their monies in banks we laugh at them but truth of the matter is banking institutions are a *****. I don't understand why its will take a bank days to authorize a debit order when its your money in the first place that was debited??? I have been switching banks like its nobody's business (They are all the same across the spectrum). I have tried ABSA, Nedbank, STB Bank its the same and really annoying. FNB was my last resort and I am disappointed at the to say the very least.
