Debit Order

I have a company I do not know taking money from my account with ref INUCOLLECTU***8 and they deduct R489.28 monthly tried to go to the branch, called the call center and even logged a ticket but noting helped. FNB fail to help get the company blocked and my money reversed am told they are blocked from reserving the deduction. It does not make seance that FNB can fail to reverse a deduction on their on system. the service of this Bank is going down very slow and Capitec will soon show them flames with they continue to have *********** staff with no appetite to work. This is ***** and I want my money back.
