Debit order

My policy was cancelled by Safrican saying they were unable to debit my account. I went to the bank and got the statement still Safrican says they couldn't get the money they want a proof from the bank that shows that its their account number that the money was going to. The bank says there is nothing they can do they cant give me the account number that was debiting the amount.
