Debit Order

Deposited money into my account in yesterday for a debit order. Debit order went off successfully as per sms received from Bank. But this morning they sent me another message stating that my d/order was rejected and I had to pay banking fees for this. This when I made sure that money is in my account. How is it that the one moment you get a message that the d/order was successful and the money reflects that it was deducted. Then the next moment you get a rejection and a charge of R115.00 for the so called rejected d/order. This is day light ******* for a Bank that is rated one of the best.
