Debit order

Good day

I have a serious problem with FNB at this point in time.

If you transfer money from your credit card to your cheque account, it takes 24 hours to reflect, sometimes even longer.

I had a debit order that did not go through, that due to no funds, that after I made a transfer to secure that there are enough funds in my account. And now they charge me R100 for reversal of debit order. The debit order is scheduled for the 7th of each month, (which was Saturday), on Sunday (8th) I transfer money realizing that I done a transfer (which only reflected on the 9th). I even received an sms on the 8th indicating that the debit order went through. On the 9th, I received a sms saying that the debit order came back. and the person at your help desk, who put down the phone while talking to him) said the debit order was on the 7th. Now why did I get no notification on the 7th? Cant be that if out of business hour or a weekend, because I received a sms on Sunday. Which means that I received the sms on activity on my account a day late, and that to me not acceptable,.

I just wanted answers and when I called this morning, (couldn't get the name) he just put the phone down in my ear. For customer service this is really bad.

Please assist and reverse the fee charged.
