Debit order

My policy was cancelled good. Than a payment activation based things were active on my account debit went of and than refunded. Bang this morning once again after I was told policy is cancelled noore debits there goes another debited after I was told last week that this active payment based thing was removed. SO WHO IS THE FOOL HERE I WANT THAT MONEY REFUNDED BY MIDDAY PLEASE DONT CALL DONT WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE FROM INSURANCE CAUSE SOMEONE NOT DOING THEY JOB. IF THIS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN THAN I WILL RATHER CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND MOVE TO ANOTHER BANK.
