Debit on My Account

So this afternoon I noticed a debit of R1760 from my account and I called FNB to enquire. I am gutted because no one from FNB ever called me to inform me of this since I have only been their customer for 2 months. I moved to FNB because I believed they were a better bank compared to the rest but in 2 months I am already gatvol. The call centre is the worst. I was told two conflicting stories by Lindiwe Matshadiso and Christopher Rodriguez. Their team leader, Donovan Edwards was even more condescending and even more unhelpful. Furthermore I was told I cannot have access to the phone recordings but will only be allowed to listen to them. What's the point of these recordings then? I think it is unfair what happened as that has put a large deficit in my budget meaning some of my debit orders will not go through. This will certainly put a dent in my credit record. I have actually decided to terminate my relationship with the bank as I believe they have treated me very unfairly and have no regards to my well being as a client. I think Nedbank was worse but at least they, engaged with me and often listened and took my complaints seriously.
