Debit disputes

It's very disappointing that your bank cannot even assist you with disputing a debit order. I cannot do it via cell phone banking, the app, Internet banking, nor go to the bank itself to dispute a debit order because its just a little over R200. I tried phoning so many times, I've loaded airtime 3 times just today and yet I can't even get through to a consultant: the voice operator cannot even assist.

This is no good!!
